Beginner Swim Squad

Learn squad training basics in a fun, easy environment.

Each session includes 30 minutes of stroke development drills and 30 minutes of endurance work.

 

Drills focus on improving kicking, body position, rotation, hand entry, pull and freestyle speed and power.

 

Endurance training covers pacing, timing, and time repeats.

 

Sessions may also include other strokes, tumble turns, and underwater skills.

All swimmers wishing to join must be able to swim a minimum of 200m Freestyle.

Bondi Icebergs Pool

Thursday 6:00-7:00pm

Sessions can be booked as one-off for $35 or purchase a multipass.​
