Cancellation Policy

The following T&Cs apply to your booking at Swell Swimming. The T&Cs will apply until further notice. Any changes to the T&Cs will be notified to you in writing via email. Fees - Payment is to be made at the time of enrolment. No booking is confirmed until payment has been received prior to your course/ lesson commencing. Payment can be made either online though the booking website or through the office. Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellation and refunds will only be processed if Swell Swimming is unable to conduct your course/lesson. There is no refund on any monies paid in advance. - In case of injury/illness and you are unable to undertake the course, contact Swell Swimming to arrange a credit. Pool Entrance: If lesson is conducted at an external pool venue, clients are expected to pay for pool entrance, prices may vary depending on lesson location. Clothing: All swimmers must wear suitable swimwear. Make Up Lessons: To minimise disruption, no make ups lessons are offered if lesson is missed due to illness or injury. Social Media & Marketing: By tagging @swellswimming or using our hashtag #swellswimming on social media you grant us permission to re-post and/or re-use the image/s for marketing purposes. Swell Swimming may also take photographs during your course/lesson for promotional resources. Limitation of Liability: Swell Swimming does not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any swimmer as a result of his or her participation in a program due to any cause whatsoever subject to negligence of Swell Swimming and/or its partners or employees.
