Are you unable to join us for a swim but would still like to get involved? Check out some example swim sets below and give it a try by yourself or with some friends. We swim these sets at our social swim club at Prince Alfred Park Pool on Tuesday & Thursdays mornings, 6am. During these session's we swim between 1.5 - 2.5km.
